This one is from the new Ottolenghi cook booklet, which is not available in the bookstore or anywhere else. It was to be had only with the „Christmas Hamper“ (as the English say), which one could order before Christmas online at Ottolenghi, which of course we did. Consequently, it is called „Exclusive Recipes“. With so much exclusivity I find it hard to reveal the recipe here. But I can tell you at least: It tasted excellent!
By the way, the Christmas Hamper is still on the pages at Ottolenghi. It is a good idea that the essential ingredients, which are found in the cookbook, are also inside.
